Subcellular Location: Secreted and Cell membrane. Membrane. Consistently localized to the plasma membrane and less abundantly to Golgi-like perinuclear stacks. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in heart, kidney and lung. Post-translational modifications: Highly O-glycosylated. Sialic acid-rich glycoprotein.
